THE CONCEPT

el Local is a restaurant in the centre of Ibiza, where you will find Mediterranean food fused with recipes from many parts of the world. Our menu is inspired by the houses of Italy, Spain, Latin America, the United States, the Middle and the Far East. The passion for our cuisine, fueled by this constantly evolving cultural mix, allows us to give our dishes a contemporary approach

ENVIRONMENT

Built on the ground floor of a protected historic building in Ibiza Town, a former house is now a restaurant seating 20 spread over 3 rooms in a cozy atmosphere of wood and simple metal structures. In the fourth room there is an open kitchen and on the outside terrace another 10 tables between sun and shade during the day and illuminated by a soft light at night.

AMBIENT

el Local was born from the desire to combine and share different passions in a single environment. Music plays a truly important role and the ever-present eclectic soundtrack accompanies the experience of a lunch, dinner, aperitif or even a simple coffee. In the second room there is a small corner dedicated to vinyl where you can listen to and buy the records from the collection.
